1️⃣ Warranty Card is Mandatory

- Warranty claims are accepted only with the original warranty card.
• Lost, damaged, or missing warranty cards will NOT be accepted.
• No exceptions.



2️⃣ Mandatory Contact Before Sending Parcel

- Customers must contact us first via WhatsApp or our official support channel to request a warranty claim.
• Do NOT send the parcel without prior approval.
• Parcels sent without confirmation or approval will NOT be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense.



3️⃣ What Is Covered Under Warranty

Warranty applies only if the defect is from our side, such as:
• Manufacturing defects
• Stitching fault
• Buckle defect
• Leather separation due to production issue

If approved, replacement will be provided.



4️⃣ What Is NOT Covered (Important)

The following are NOT covered under warranty or return:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, cracks, or marks after use
• Color fading due to usage, sunlight, or water
• Water damage, sweat damage, or moisture exposure
• Rough use, pulling, twisting, or over-tightening
• Size or fitting issues after use
• Change of mind after use
• “Didn’t like it” claims after using the product
• Used product returned claiming defect
• Damage caused by customer handling

⚠️ Used products will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is verified.



5️⃣ No Trial / No Temporary Use Policy

- Our products are not for trial or temporary use.
• Using the belt and then requesting return is strictly not allowed.



6️⃣ Refund & Replacement Policy

- Cash refunds (if applicable) will only be provided within 7 days of delivery after approval.
• After 7 days, no cash refund will be allowed; only replacement can be claimed.
• Replacement will be issued once per product.



7️⃣ Inspection & Final Decision

- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
• Final approval or rejection will be decided by our quality team.
• If the defect is not from our side, the claim will be rejected.



8️⃣ Delivery & Return Charges

- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customer may be required to send the product for inspection.



9️⃣ Agreement Clause

By purchasing and using this product, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

Is delivery actually free on every order?

Yes! Whether you're buying one reversible belt or stocking up your wardrobe, delivery is on us. However, please note that if you are returning a product for inspection or a refund, those specific shipping charges are handled by the customer.

Can I return my belt if I change my mind?

We offer a 7-day window for cash refunds if the product is unused and approved by our team. After 7 days, we move to a replacement-only policy. Please note: we don’t offer "trial runs." Once a belt has been worn or used, we cannot accept a return for a change of mind or fitting issues.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Think of it this way: if it’s a factory mistake, we fix it. If it’s "life" happening, it’s on you. This means we don’t cover normal wear and tear, scratches from use, water/sweat damage, or belts that have been pulled too tight. Our belts are tough, but they aren't invincible against rough handling!

How do I use the Reversible (Black/Brown) belt?

It’s like getting two belts for the price of one! To switch colors, you simply pull and twist the buckle to flip between the Premium Black and Classic Brown sides. It’s designed to be seamless, giving you the perfect match for both formal and casual outfits without needing a second belt.

How do I make sure I get the right size?

Since we cannot accept returns for size or fitting issues once the belt has been worn, we recommend checking our size guide carefully. When your belt arrives, try it on gently without pulling it through the buckle tightly to check the fit. If you need a different size, contact us immediately before using the product so we can help you out!

How should I care for my leather belt to keep it in top shape?

To keep your belt looking premium, avoid exposure to water, heavy sweat, or direct sunlight for long periods, as these aren't covered by the warranty. If it gets dirty, a simple wipe with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth does the trick. Since our leather is high-quality, it doesn't need "rough use" to break in—treat it well, and it’ll last way longer than the 6-month warranty!
